The Pan African American Chamber was formed as a non-profit corporation in Atlanta, Georgia. The purpose of the organization is to aggregate and improve efforts toward greater commerce, trade, economic empowerment and opportunity between the
nations in Africa, its diaspora and the United States.

Provide a pathway for doing business in the United States of America (USA) and Africa
Identify business investment opportunities in the USA and Africa and the Diaspora
Recommend legal and other services needed to accomplish the business objectives
Facilitate Private Meetings: Assistance with scheduling private meetings with influential Africans and US business, association and government officials, and in the Diaspora
Assist in exploring franchise and another business opportunity
Consult on benefits of establishing and doing business in the USA, Africa, and the Diaspora
Provide references to agencies to establish business
Make follow-up phone calls to target organizations and business contacts
Schedule conference calls as needed
Provide updates and status reports as needed
